Donald has over 45 years of legal experience, with his primary emphasis on real estate and general business matters, in both transactional and litigation capacities. With regards to leasing, Donald has negotiated and prepared thousands of leases and lease related documents, catering the terms to the needs and unique positions of the specific client.  

Donald has represented owners, landlords, developers, property managers, tenants and brokers for all categories of shopping centers, office buildings and medical centers, as well as individual clients for all transactional and litigation needs.
