Evan's practice focuses on real estate and general business matters, in both transactional and litigation capacities.  Evan also possesses substantial litigation experience with mold, construction defect, and personal injury matters.

Evan has represented owners, landlords, asset managers, developers, property managers, tenants and brokers for all categories of shopping centers, office buildings and medical centers; construction developers, contractors and subcontractors; industrial and construction equipment companies; insureres; as well numerous individual clients for all transactional and litigation needs.  With regards to leasing, Evan has negotated and prepared hundreds of leases, and lease related documents, focusing on the unique needs and positions of the specific client.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Donald J. Raich, Evan was the senior agent trainee in the Television Literary deparment of the preimminent agency, Creative Artists Agency and was an associate of the prestigious executive recruiting consulting firm, Heidrick & Struggles before moving on to Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP where he focused on mold, construction defect and personal injury litigation.

Evan is on the Anti-Defemation League's Legal Advisory Committee, is a member of the Jewish Federation's Real Estate and Construction Cabinet and is a member of the Hillcrest Country Club's Jewish Federation Young Member Event Planning Committee
